Kefir is a drinkable yogurt. It can be consumed on its own, added to smoothies, poured over granola and fresh fruit.


Kefir is an incredible probiotic that heals the body through the gut. Many symptoms including leaky gut syndrome can be healed by making the gut flora in our guts happy and healthy.

Probiotics are the good bacteria our bodies need in order to fight off diseases. We tend to strip away the good bacteria through our diets and life style. Store bought Kefir is good, but there is nothing like homemade Kefir made with love.
